WALK-IN INTAKES FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

NOW AVAILABLE: Walk-in intakes for mental health services, through Riverbend’s Community Support Program.

Intakes are for adults 18 years and older, and are available during the following days and times:

  • Every Tuesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Every Wednesday, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

 

A wide range of services are available, including:

  • Case management
  • Functional Support
  • Therapy
  • Medication Management
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • InShape – fitness program
  • Illness Management & Recovery (IMR)
  • Supported Employment
  • Housing Supports

 

All intake services take place at our 10 West Street location, in Concord, NH.
