This is My Brave New Hampshire 2021

This Is My Brave provides the leading national platform for individuals to share their stories of living successful lives despite a diagnosis of a mental health disorder through artistic expression. The 2021 New Hampshire Cast shares their stories through poetry, essay, and expressive arts.
Due to COVID-19, our show this Spring will be taped before a small, masked and socially distanced audience at the historic Phenix Hall on Main Street in Concord, NH. And while masks are nothing new to individuals living with mental health conditions all of us often hide our pain behind the mask of a smile. This spring, our storytellers are taking off their masks to share their mental health stories to shine a light on the hope that is recovery.
While this event is free, registration is required. When you register, we hope you will consider a donation in support of our behavioral health educational programming to increase knowledge and reduce stigma.
