Riverbend elected Meg Miller, RN to serve as Board Chair at its Annual Meeting on June 23, 2016. New member Christopher Eddy of Northway Bank was warmly welcomed to the Board by outgoing chair, Randy Hayes who also gave a special thank you to departing Board member Michel Couret, DDS for his many years of service and dedication to Riverbend.
“It’s been an honor and exciting to serve on Riverbend’s Board and as Chair during this time of program expansion” said Hayes. “These continue to be challenging times as we navigate the new healthcare landscape, and I am thrilled that Meg has accepted the role as Chair. “
“Meg brings with her a wealth of knowledge and insight into community-based care in central New Hampshire,” stated Peter Evers, Riverbend CEO and President. “I am looking forward to her leadership and working with her as we continue working to improve access to comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery services for those with behavioral health issues.”
Meg Miller, RN, BS and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She is the Executive Director of Peabody Home, a private not for profit eldercare home in Franklin, N.H, A member of Franklin Rotary Club and a Board Member of Canterbury Housing Association. She also serves as a Board member of Ombudsman Advisory Council and Board Member of Franklin Savings Bank. Meg is also a past Board Member of Lakes Region General Healthcare.
Christopher Eddy, earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Worchester Polytechnic Institute. He is a Vice President with Northway Bank and Investment Advisor for Infinex Financial. Prior to working at Northway and Infinex he was with TD Bank’s Wealth Management Group for 10 years. Chris has experience working with both personal and intuitional investments.
