With over thirty-five years of experience in community mental health, I have worked in a variety of settings including adult outpatient, acute inpatient and emergency services; and with a variety of populations including adults, couples, older adolescents, active duty and retired military personnel, first responders, law enforcement, and immigration detainees. I am trained and experienced in Critical Incident Stress Management with first responders and in school/community settings, and my special interests are crisis intervention, trauma treatment, adult ADHD, and youth suicide prevention.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling from New England College, a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics from Columbia University.
