I’ve worked in community mental health settings for almost 20 years, providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. In all situations and therapeutic relationships, it’s my job to help my clients identify and achieve their goals by identifying and building on their strengths, one step at a time.

While always exploring emerging evidence-based models of treatment, I draw primarily from my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Carolina University.
