Choices: Adolescent Addiction Treatment Services

Choices services for adolescents (14+) are based upon proven treatment approaches that are designed to equip young people with the skills they need to make better choices and explore new, positive pathways into the future.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  • Family support services, including interventions
  • Individual, group, and family therapy
  • Drug Testing

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

This is a two-phase program designed to begin a change process that will extend far beyond its conclusion.

Phase 1: Three afternoons a week for five weeks

Phase 2: One afternoon a week for eight weeks.

  • The disease of addiction
  • Recovery skill development
  • Choosing sobriety
  • Addiction and the family
  • Sober use of leisure time

Family support services, including interventions

The family – however you define family – is invited to participate.  Everyone has something to learn, and the family can be a very important aspect of the recovery process. Family members learn about the role they can play in the adolescent’s recovery journey, as well as how to begin a recovery journey of their own.

If family intervention services are needed, we can help you lead a young person you care about to treatment.

Drug testing

Toxicology screens are used to measure progress.
