24 hours per day, 7 days per week
Residential program groups vary from ADL’s (Adult Daily Living skills) to symptom management.
Community program groups offer rehabilitative, IMR (Illness Management and Recovery) and therapeutic groups.
Both groups are offered to provide support and promote individual’s efforts towards their growing independence, confidence and comfort in their surrounding community.

- You must be at least 55 years old and meet state eligibility.
- Priority is given to individuals currently residing within Merrimack County or close proximity.
- You are willing to participate actively in your treatment plan in order to manage symptoms of your mental illness.
- You will agree to participate in the “Step Up” program (Restorative Partial Hospitalization).
- You are willing to participate actively in your treatment plan in order to manage symptoms of your mental illness.
- You must be able to ambulate independently or with a walker and must be able to manage ADL’s (Adult Daily Living skills) with verbal prompts.
- You must be able to ambulate independently with the use of a walker or wheelchair and must be able to recognize and respond to emergencies such as the fire/smoke alarm with an independent evacuation within 3 minutes.
- You can not have a diagnosis of dementia or significant memory impairment.
