Hours:
residential program – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- Apartment living with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space in each unit.
- Mill House is a non-smoking residence.
- Residential Rehabilitation Specialists provide supportive counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, administration and supervision for residents.

- You must be at least 18 years old and meet state eligibility.
- Priority is given to residents of Boscawen, individuals that may be homeless and individuals currently residing within Merrimack County or close proximity.
- You must be able to independently manage your apartment consistent with lease standards.
- You require services to manage mental illness and/or increase living skills
- You need to have the ability to cook in a safe and sanitary capacity.
- You must be able to ambulate independently with the use of a walker or wheelchair and must be able to recognize and respond to emergencies such as the fire/smoke alarm with an independent evacuation within 3 minutes.
- You can not have a diagnosis of dementia or significant memory impairment.
