Elder Services at Riverbend serves individuals in the greater Concord area who are 60 years of age or older, and who are experiencing a mental health issue. Services are also provided to individuals over 55 years of age who are experiencing chronic medical illnesses in conjunction with their mental illness. Still others have successfully handled episodes of depression throughout their lives but need extra support as they age.
Services are developed to meet each person's unique needs, and our staff works as a team to help each individual. Each client works with the staff member best suited to meet his/her needs.
