Services Close to Home
Riverbend Community Mental Health serves individuals and families, schools and employers throughout the region, with offices in Concord and Franklin, N.H. We deliver our services in many locations - in our own counseling centers, in transitional housing sites, in hospitals, schools, colleges, businesses and community centers.

We also work in partnership with other health and human service providers, to marshal the resources people need to support a fuller, more balanced life.
