Louis Josephson

Josephson was appointed CEO of Riverbend Community Mental Health in Concord in 2003. He also serves as Vice-President for Behavioral Health at Concord Hospital.
Josephson has a previous appointment by the Governor to the New Hampshire Mental Health Commission. He is an adjunct professor at Plymouth State University.
Before moving to New Hampshire, Josephson was Assistant Commissioner for Child and Adolescent Services at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene where he was responsible for the oversight and development of services for children under 18 and their families affected by mental illness, substance abuse and mental retardation/developmental disabilities. He also previously served as the Director of Family Court Mental Health Services for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and as Associate Executive Director of Harlem Dowling-West Side Center for Family and Children’s Services. He started his career in community mental health, working for the Center for Preventive Psychiatry in Westchester and the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services in Brooklyn.
Josephson earned his MSW at the Columbia University School of Social Work, and his Ph.D. from the NYU School of Social Work. He was an Associate Adjunct Professor at NYU for ten years and taught at the Fordham University School of Social Service.
Michael Green

Michael Green, B.A., M.S., President and CEO of Capital Region Health Care and Concord Hospital since 1992. Capital Region Health Care is the parent organization of Concord Hospital, Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Riverbend Community Mental Health. Mike has been in health care management for over 25 years and has served in a variety of positions including COO, CFO and Director of Planning throughout New England and the East Coast. He currently serves on several Boards including the Merrimack County Savings Bank, Foundation for Healthy Communities, NH Hospital Association, NH Business Committee for the Arts, and Unitil Corporation. In September, 2005 Mike received the James A. Hamilton Founder's Award, the highest recognition given by the NH Hospital Association, for outstanding service to health care on behalf of the people of NH. Mike earned his Bachelor's Degree from Dartmouth College and a Master's from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
